(I had planned to skip a few of these past events, but I realized that this blog is one of the few keepers of our family experiences...so we are going a few months back.)
In October, we invited our triplet friends, the Barrons, over to paint pumpkins. (I think we ate dinner, played, and then painted pumpkins…but pumpkins are what I remember.) I have a Cricut (machine that cuts paper), so we let each kid pick an Halloween design from the Cricut. We glued the design to the pumpkin and the kids got to paint around it. Once the paint was dry, we pulled off the design paper…leaving paint around a Halloween image. I thought it was an easy way to create kid decorated pumpkin. Somehow in all the craziness of seven kids painting in my garage, I missed a group picture.
Beau chose two bats…
Marlee chose a scary hand (and called it her Scary Hand pumpkin all fall)
Lilly chose a cat and painted it black.
We WON prizes at school!
